Wonderful…. etc. etc… and some experiences are so magnificent that you surprisingly go beyond words into “Silence”. Sudarshan kriya is one of those experiences that take you beyond words. And fortunately, I can cherish that every day.

I still remember my first experience of kriya, after finishing the process when I opened my eyes; I realized a steady smile and a sense of deep contentment. Today, after 4yrs. & 8 months, I still feel the same; rather my experience has become deeper. Along with such deeper experiences, I have also noticed changes in my health, relief in Allergic Asthma, Digestive problems, Stamina and increased energy levels, etc.

Sudarshan kriya, is a bliss from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar that cures your physical illness and parallel, gives you profound experiences. Simply, it’s a way to let transformation happen within you that results in better personality, healthy body and peaceful & sharp mind.

“Transformation”, yes, I call it, in-fact everyone who are practicing Sudarshan kriya. You will too, when you will see yourself stepping up from your dark side - weaknesses, low self-esteem, poor courage or can-do attitude, depression, ill-health, anger, frustration, etc. and realize that improvements are happening in me and I am feeling better day-by-day, I am healthier, happier and a stronger individual emotionally. Also, the most important thing is “Direction”, direction to your energy which is when negative transforms into anger and wrong acts. So, you need someone who can show you right directions. But to let this Transformation happen with right master, you need to do two things – a. make a choice for Art of Living -Part 1 Course/ Yes+ course, to learn the technique and b. a sincere approach towards daily practice routine. These two are enough to see miracles in your life and self.

There are lots and lots of miraculous examples you can find in the Art of Living as an inspiration. And, fortunately, I too have mine to share with you. I am enthusiastic, full of life and positive attitude person but I too had few but significant weak sides, like – low self-confidence, poor health, anger, frustration, etc. My enthusiasm and high energy levels are best for others when I am in a happy state but the moment I switch to anger it becomes terrible. I go crazy on people and with things. Then weak health and low-confidence was freaking my life badly. But when I did my Basic Course, I learned about anger and how to manage it. It was an amazing learning, like a maths formula to solve this problem, was fantastic, I loved it. With regular practice, my health was improving and skills refining which was leading to increase in self-confidence. And prone-to-anger behavior was changing towards calmness. Remember, Transformations don’t happen overnight but with sincere dedication and total faith, anything can happen. So, take a step towards transforming your life and self.
